Modern Clinical Pilates

All sessions are individually structured for beginners and intermediate levels.

Functional Fitness Pilates

Pilates takes us further by using bodyweight exercises and functional moves to build up a strong, lean, and supple body.

Core Sculpt & Tone

Get your arms, legs and core muscles in shape to create a toned, lengthened and graceful body.

A low impact class designed to take Pilates further - using equipment like hand weights, elastic bands, fit balls and the ballet barre for challenge and variety.

Zoom Classes

Train in your own home. Additionally to group activities - online classes are a fabulous addition to your regular workout. You can also get workouts on demand to exercise on a day and time which suits you best.

Nordic Walking

Exercise outdoors with Nordic Walking - it works the whole body and therefore burns many more calories then normal walking.

Whatever your fitness level or your fitness goals: Nordic Walking will perfectly match your aims.

Nordic Walking is a non-competitive sport - make new friends, feel at ease, free your mind in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside around Ilkley.
